This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all course purchases made on learn.upskillai.io, operated by Cyberclaw Technologies, based at 145, 1st Floor, Kanchan Nagar, Awadhpuri, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh 462021, India.
1. Digital Product Notice
Our courses are digital products delivered instantly upon successful payment. Since access is granted immediately, there is no physical shipping or delivery process, and cancellation requests are handled as refund requests under this policy.
2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the course for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date.
To request a refund, email support@upskillai.io from the email address associated with your purchase, including your order number and the reason for your request (this helps us improve, though it is not required for the refund to be processed).
3. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are eligible only if submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date. Requests made after this window will not be eligible for a refund, regardless of how much of the course has been accessed.
We reserve the right to investigate and refuse refund requests where we reasonably believe the policy is being abused, including repeated purchase-and-refund behaviour, fraudulent activity, or other misuse of the Platform.
4. Refund Process and Timeline
Once your refund request is approved, it will be initiated promptly to your original payment method via Paytm Payment Gateway. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider and is outside our control.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
5. Access After Refund
Upon approval of a refund, your access to the course content will be revoked. If a refund was obtained through fraud, abuse, or material misrepresentation, we reserve the right to revoke course access and take any other action available under applicable law.
6. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The 7-day refund window has passed
- The request is based on dissatisfaction with outcomes or results from applying course content (see our Terms and Conditions for our results disclaimer)
- The account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions, including unauthorized sharing or redistribution of course content
Updates, additions, modifications, or reorganizations of course content made in good faith to improve the learning experience do not by themselves entitle a user to a refund. Your purchase includes future updates to this course at no additional cost, unless otherwise stated.
7. Failed, Duplicate, or Accidental Payments
If you were charged more than once for the same course due to a technical error, or if a payment was deducted but course access was not granted, please contact us immediately at support@upskillai.io with your payment reference details. We will investigate and process an appropriate refund or grant access, as applicable.
If you believe you have made an accidental duplicate purchase, please contact us as soon as possible and we will investigate the issue.
