These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of learn.upskillai.io and any courses purchased through it (“the Platform”), operated by Cyberclaw Technologies, based at 145, 1st Floor, Kanchan Nagar, Awadhpuri, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh 462021, India.
By creating an account, purchasing a course, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
Our courses are intended for working professionals and individuals aged 18 and above. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Account Registration
To purchase and access a course, you must create an account with accurate and complete information, including your name and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Each course purchase grants access to one individual user only.
We may use reasonable technical measures to detect unauthorized account sharing or abuse. If we reasonably believe an account is being shared or misused, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access pending investigation.
3. Course Purchase and Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through Paytm Payment Gateway. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details.
Once payment is successfully completed, you will receive access to the purchased course as described on the course page at the time of purchase.
4. Course Access
Unless otherwise stated, your purchase includes lifetime access to the course for as long as it is offered and maintained by UpskillAI. While we intend to keep the course available indefinitely, we reserve the right to discontinue or significantly change the Platform or course in the future, with reasonable notice where practicable.
Access is granted for personal, non-commercial use only.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the course for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date by writing to support@upskillai.io.
Refund requests must be submitted by emailing support@upskillai.io from the email address associated with your purchase.
Refund requests made after the 7-day window will not be eligible for a refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe and may take several business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Share, sell, sublicense, rent, or otherwise transfer your account login credentials to any other person
- Download, copy, record, screen-record, reproduce, or redistribute any course video, material, or content in any form
- Upload, publish, or share any course content on any other website, platform, social media account, or file-sharing or torrent service
- Resell, repackage, or use course content for any commercial purpose
- Attempt to circumvent any access controls, content protection, or security measures on the Platform
- Use the Platform or course content in any way that violates applicable law
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account and access to the course, without refund, at our sole discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
All course content, including videos, text, graphics, course materials, and the Platform itself, is the intellectual property of Cyberclaw Technologies / UpskillAI and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Purchasing a course grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content for personal learning purposes only. No other rights are granted.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The course content is provided for educational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, results, income, career advancement, or business performance that may result from applying the knowledge or techniques taught in the course. Your results will depend on your own effort, skills, and circumstances.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cyberclaw Technologies / UpskillAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform or course content, including but not limited to loss of profits, business opportunities, or data.
Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law.
9. Third-Party Tools and Services
Some lessons may reference or demonstrate third-party AI tools and services (such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, NotebookLM, Gamma, or Make.com). We do not own or control these services, and their features, pricing, availability, or policies may change at any time. We are not responsible for any changes, discontinuation, or issues arising from third-party providers.
10. Changes to Course Content
We may update, improve, reorganize, replace, or remove lessons to keep the course current. Such changes do not entitle users to refunds provided the overall value of the course is not materially reduced.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the course if you violate these Terms, without refund, at our sole discretion.
12. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, government actions, cyberattacks, or failures of third-party service providers.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
